Simple search using key word "water pump" returns as "product not found." The frustration of searching the site has inspired me to shop elsewhere as a result.

This app is constantly freezing up. I end up having to open Grainger.com in a browser to get anything done.

Search results for anything yields "no results". So basically Grainger does not sell anything.

You absolutely cannot find what you are looking for. It works great though if you look up the part numbers in the book and punch them in the app. Just call them and save yourself the grief.

When logged on I cannot do I search, every search comes up as "no results". If I take the long route and just click on categories I have to click the category above what I really want? This is garbage. In order for me to make an order I have to log off filled my cart log back on and complete the order. Ive made three calls to Granger about this problem with zero results. Is there an IT team? To my calls and requests just go to some black hole never to be answered?

This app works once or twice a month. Maybe. Searching for items ends in "no results" or just sits there and does nothing. Clicking on a category usually brings up the next category on the list (or the one before...I dont remember, but its not the one I tap). These broken features make the app useless.

I dont use Grainger often but Im looking for a very specific size bin so thought Id give it a shot. The app worked fine for me, not sure why others are having trouble with it. I put in my search specs and it gave me many appropriate results.

Unable to edit your contact info from within the app. Unable to change shipping address or settings. Unable to view invoices for existing orders to see if theyve been paid

I love this app just ease of it is great ordering on the app is so much easier!!!

I know it must be very hard to have an app work well for the amount of items you have but your search engine has a lot of room for improvement.

Loved this app for the small amount of time Ive been using, and wouldve gave 5 stars, but now after the update it just freezes or closes all the time making it impossible to use...please fix!!!

I used to love this app and I would easily spend $1,000 dollars a week on this app when I was on the go, traveling from plant to plant. Ever sense the new update it crashes constantly and I cant even get to the checkout. I will be using McMaster Carr for my purchases until they tell me the app is fixed.

Updated and now App stop working, cant sign in AgggggHhhhhh
