I thought this app was going to be the best thing since sliced bread. Man was I wrong! I am familiar with the multitude of products that Grainger sells. My company buys from Grainger daily. The problem is I cant seem to find many of the ones Im looking for by using the search function. I dont have time to look through every category and type of product thats in the inventory with my fingers crossed hoping to stumble upon the one I need. If I cant even get close with the search function then I dont need the app!

I was excited to see an update, but immediately frustrated and let down....again. Our company does all of its ordering through Grainger, personally a lot of the prices are high, but the expedited arrival of the product is very convenient. The website and app are equally as frustrating. When searching for a product, using the exact name for a product (as assigned by Granger or manufacturer) will almost always produce zero results! How is this even possible? It is impossible to find what you were looking for and even more frustrating the add on, or related items are not listed. I feel as though Granger sales would double if convenience of the consumer through the website would be addressed. Anyone at Granger feel free to give me a shout if you need some help… smh. I will happily change my rating if Im ever impressed. Just my two cents and one star.

App kicks you out when you try to order. You have to restart to see product and order. Cant use the app in landscape mode which most tablets run in

I open the app, login, search then the app shuts down, closes out! Its WORTHLESS!! With the amount of $$ New York State purchases on State Contract, youd think they would fix it! I find myself using other companies because I order parts while working in the field and Do Not Have Time to jerk around with nonfunctional apps!!!

I try to use your app and it crashes I even deleted it and reinstalled it and it still doesnt work

As much as Grainger charges for their products youd think they could spend some of this useless app work ??

You think a company like this could get their app to be flawless and I have issues like half of my orders never can be tracked or show up. Very disappointed.

Good app that is constantly improving

Only lets me search products and get pricing when I am logged out of App. Have to go to desktop to see actual pricing.

This is a great resource for someone who needs to take care of business on the fly. I absolutely love it. Easy to use, intuitive interface, and the whole catalog at your fingertips. Great App!

This App makes it very easy to find and get what you need. The ability to decide how to get the item is also helpful.

When logged on I cannot do I search, every search comes up as "no results". If I take the long route and just click on categories I have to click the category above what I really want? This is garbage. In order for me to make an order I have to log off filled my cart log back on and complete the order. Ive made three calls to Granger about this problem with zero results. Is there an IT team? To my calls and requests just go to some black hole never to be answered? Update: It only got worse, now I can search Branch addresses?? Do you actually read these???

Search is worthless.. nothing shows up. How can I do business when I cant search what I need.

Cannot search. What good is the app when you have to leave it to go to a browser to find anything.

I always find what I need at Grainger and if it needs to be shipped I always get it the next day!

A great app for the toolbox

I tried to scan barcodes for items that I purchased from Grainger and it said nothing found. I searched for items that I have purchased previously and it said nothing found. This app is totally useless!

Great resource for mro products. Easy to find what youre looking for.
